How can i see the old and new weekly files?

Hi all,

I want to know how i can read the old and new weeklys when i want. The thing is that LibreOffice freezes right? and in the lst weekly i thing that say the fix fot this problem, so i cant do it because (idk, but i dont do the fix immediately). Now i want to read that fix for obliviously do it.
