I am using Sabayon 9 KDE4
Is there a way to have the authentication for root to always pop over instead of under the Rigo window?

Hi,
that never happened to me here with xfwm4. Which window-manager are you using. Perhaps you can create a rule in your wm that this window will be allways above.

It is a long standing KAuth/Polkit-KDE bug upstream doesn't seem to be interested in fixing.
