Hello,
about all from 1 to 2 weeks there comes an update of approx. 2 GB. I observe that in the weekly clock pulse 100 mb less hard disk space are available.
How can I prevent this or clear out the system actually?

that's exactly what I do after each upgrade. I have no idea what is the reason for the lost of space on the hdd.
