kde panel freezes

install sabayon 8 with kde, in 3 similar laptops. In two of them, the panel freezes, you can still use the open applications but you can not open anything.
Try reinstalling but the same problem in one of them
What I can do about it?

Did you reboot after the migration to new Qt 4.8 ( and KDE 4.8 )?

i only install sabayon 8 from iso image. i try installing compiz and emerald but still i have de same problem.
Are there some special instruction for install sabayon 8 with kde?

with last update no frezze more, but leave a phantom (in spanish is a lighy reply of a image) i configure hidden panel at the bottom and when i need it slides from above leaving many copies of the bar.
