Can you someway change the Screen setting in the system setting in Gnome 3 to longer than 1 hour? The reason I ask was in the LInuxMint last release the Screen setting can be set to never.
I want to use Sabayon Gnome release but need it to last more than an hour before the screen blanks. You sit downt to watch a movie then it goes blank, thats no good.

Could be X Windows power save, i.e. nothing to do with GNOME specifically. Try Re: Problem with Sabayon 5.3.
