What is compatability with GRUB 2 and UEFI

Hi, I am about to install Sabayon 8. My partition is already a GPT and my computer and motherboard support the UEFI bios but I am wondering about how Sabayon supports this setup? Also, will Grub 2 be fully supported as well?

Don't have a GPT drive myself, but perhaps the article HOWTO: Install Sabayon with GRUB2 and GPT on a New System in the SL Wiki will help you.
