I agree the new artwork is nice, but I prefer the old one, disappeared after upgrade.

How can I restore it (wallpaper, splash screens, shutdown and everything?

The splash and stuff is all compiled into the kernel so you would have to recompile a custom kernel. Older artwork packages appear to be in the sabayon overlay for the older packages, need the core and desktop of your choice, but you can also clone the artwork git - http://git.sabayon.org/artwork.git/

Unless you are experienced with kernels and maintaining the modules/drivers, I would not advise it.
