Sabayon_Linux_7_x86_Awesome Problem with password and login

Hello

I want install Sabayon_Linux_7_x86_Awesome in Graphical interface but when everything load up the system tell me i need put password and login can someone help me ??

Keep in mind that Awesome edition was an experimental release and the maintainer for it is no longer with us. I would suggest one of the other ISOs to install, you can easily install the awesome window manager after install with the package manager.

I have the same issue, with the live, 64 bit.
I've no hd in this moment, because I had some problems and I'm waiting for a new one.
I was just curious to test this awsome desktop, meanwhile.

awsome iso builds have been dropped, as in no longer updated. If you want to try out awesome, just install it via the package manager along side another. XFCE and Awesome makes a nice combination, you can even do this on the live disk of your choice. Download ISO, make cd or usb, boot, equo update && equo install awesome, logout, choose awesome, profit.

If I chose 'awesome' for the session I can't log in. Exactly the same problem as the live.
Also tried to update but... still no awesome!

Well, ehm... that's not so Awesome after all.
But, as the bug report says;

When choosing the Graphical Installation option from the boot menu of Sabayon 7
Awesome, the user is presented with an X11 login screen and all potentially
obvious username/pw combinatinos do not work. Choosing the default boot option
(run as a live cd) does not show this behavior and boots right into the
desktop.

i just downloaded the iso (timestamp: 07-11-11 05:57:00) NOT the daily iso (if it makes any difference...)
and can confirm. At the bootmenu, choosing the first option (run as a live cd) doesn't show this behaviour and boots correctly into the desktop environment.
After opening a terminal, you can call the installer script by typing: installer

The "sabayonuser" account has NO password. (for quiet some time now...)
In a terminal, when entering "su" gives you root access, without asking for a password.
The package "sys-devel/base-gcc-4.6.2" is not installed, it will be when upgrading the system.
