Compiz enabled, Gnome won't start

This topic hasn't been [SOLVED] so I feel like I need to close down the problem. No nautilus needed, I don't have it installed either, but compiz with fusion-icon works anyway. I followed (aditionally to the SL guides for video setup) these guides :

Those prove more than useful to me in understanding what the hell is going on with Compiz xD
