Blank Screen [Solved]

I can install sabayon on my dell d630 laptop fine but after upgrade I just get a blank screen. Two days of reinstalling and searching the forum, I do love sabayon but I am at my wits end and any help would be appreciated.

You haven't provided enough information for anyone to help you

What Sabayon did you install?
What hardware?
What are the log files saying for errors?

This is the vital information that we need.

Since I can't log on I have no way to retrieve any logs files or any idea where to look if I could.

You could boot the LiveDVD, mount the HDD root partition and see if you can read /var/log/messages on the HDD.
