Can't install any overlay [Solved]

when i try to add the kde overlay, I get the following result:

check in your /etc/portage/package.keywords

=x11-themes/bespin-9999 <-- this is right not "x11-themes/bespin-9999"

and check your /etc/make.conf and uncomment ACCEPT_LICENSE="*" line for the all licenses request.
