what happened to Xara LX? [Solved]

XaraLX was marked for uninstall from my Sabayon 7 K.
Now, there is no XaraLX package available anymore.
Why?

Because upstream is dead, and doesn't work with latest GCC (IIRC) and libav/ffmpeg.

Search xara with eix, maybe there still is in gentoo repos, or learn how to do a ebuild and make your own versions of Xara source-code, heh.

It is true, they do not actively develop it, maybe is that you try to tell me?

Yeah, no more development for Xara open-source on linux ... too bad ... I actually loved it back on SL 5...
