Where can I find this config setting in Gnome? [Solved]

In Gnome there's a configuration setting you can change from the battery status being based on time left to it being based on the percentage left. I can't find it anywhere. Can someone help me out here? Every time I unplug my laptop it hibernates because it thinks I've only got a few minutes of battery time left.

So are we talking about GNOME 3 or are we Talking about GNOME 2
