kdm broken ?

Hi everyone!

Since some upgrades ago, my kdm fails to work. (I use Kde, 4.7.2 right now)
Now I cannot "Exit" from my session, or even using the combination ctrl+alt+backspace.

These always lead to a blue blank screen with sort of Sabayon logo (looks like the "terminal style" during system boot) and the only thing I can do is open another tty and reboot...

Is there some configuration file I can show you to loook for some problem? I don't know how to solve it.
