How to install Enlightenment? I see on other Distros, but in Sabayon no.

You could check out the daily ISOs or I believe the middle weight (LXDE/E17/?) are coming out in a couple of days.
Sabayon does the heavy weights (KDE/GNOME/XFCE) then a week later the light weights (coreCDX/spinbase) then the middle weights. So if it is supported officialy should be soon.

if you look in the package manager you will see it's there x11-wm/enlightenment-9999
