You can create a bootable USB using unetbootin:
http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/
It has an option to create a LiveUSB from your ISO image.
You should format your USB drive to a FAT32 volume before using unetbootin, pay attention not to delete any valuable data in your USB device doing this procedure.
If you have a Linux partition available, you could use dd to copy the ISO image to your USB device, which would be a safer procedure to create a Sabayon LiveUSB.
Important Fixes
Make possible to boot Sabayon off USB via dd (bug 2685)
dd if=Sabayon_Linux_7_amd64_G.iso of=/dev/sdcmicia wrote:If you have a Linux partition available, you could use dd to copy the ISO image to your USB device, which would be a safer procedure to create a Sabayon LiveUSB.
