Lenovo Thinkpad T500 laptop with latest bios update 3.20
Video ATI Radeon HD 3650 (switchable graphics turned off)

Both Sabayon_Linux_6_amd64_K and Sabayon_Linux_6_amd64_G live DVD'd fail to boot up, including text-mode installation. The installation process dies with message 'need dbus'. After this message there were a few other messages about threads dieing unexpectedly. When i tried interactive boot by pressing 'I', the last service attempted to load was net.lo. Progress bar stops at 54%.

I checked md5 and verified the dvds, they are ok. Tried with the following codes: res=1280x800 sound=mute noapic nolapic floppy.floppy=thinkpad xdriver=vesa

This laptop boots fine with Mint LMDE XFCE 11

add:
Tried daily iso. Now there's 4 messages in infinite loop:
alsactrl restore 0
alsactrl restore 39
usb_id -export /devices/pci.../net/wmx0
modprobe -bv pci:...
add add:
The laptop has intel 5150 WiFi/WiMax adapter
add add add;
the latest gentoo live dvd boots with no errors
