Gnome 3. Icons of indication [Solved]

Sabayon was updated. Gnome3 was installed. But had to install Gnome shell manually. Then the problem appeared: on the icons of indication panel all icons are the same. Exp.: now Pidgin, Skype and Magnet are opened. But on the panel there are 3 icons of pidgin. If start Skype first after computer starting and then other programs so all icons will look like Skype icons.
