talloc package blocked [Solved]

This one is quite baffling to me:
[blocks B ] <sys-libs/talloc-2.0.5 ("<sys-libs/talloc-2.0.5" is blocking sys-libs/talloc-2.0.5)

How in the world does one go about fixing this one?

Thank you for that solution but may I ask how a package can block itself? I'm quite new to this portage business and I'd like to try and have an understanding of why something like that can occur.
