Livecd 6 (or 5.5) boots then hangs & kernel panic asus G73SW

The Ironic thing hear Is I can still install Sabayon Linux , however it involves the "Root Canal" Method's and basicly is mainly a traditional Gentoo build till a specific point has been attained.

Installing Entropy using Portage and the wonderfull just seems to boot Defacto AMD64 Live DVD from gentoo.
/dev/sdb4 =/ and a swap has be parted 250 GB .

/dev/sda = NTFS Windows 7 1 TB vol
/dev/sdb1 = NTFS data
/dev/sdb2 hidden Fat32 Factory recovery imaging
/dev/sdb3 swap.
/dev/sdb = 750 Gig Vol .


Gentoo stage 3 has been installed , from Windows 7 I've added the /var/entropy/packages/packages

via VMware sabayon Installed window for a quick peek , and to copy a few working files over to a Live Non VMWare part.

windows is configured with notepad++ Ext2Fsd

for batch tasks i've pre-stuffed the packages tree with a full dump of tarballs pre 6.x least by a matter of weeks 6 weeks atm in age however i can mirror more into them .

used Filezilla to batch mirror ftp trees into the packages root. and or moved them into the appropriate folders as needed.
as thus far the DVD methiods have failed

the Gentoo Live DvD only pauses for a fraction of a second loads the KMod then starts the desktop , however once either Sabayon DVD 5.5 or 6.x (all flavors) hits this part GAME over. Kernel Panic or basically the installer boot catastrophically freezes up

The Sabayon Kernel seems to not have USB3 or something.
