HOW TO: Install DDO on Sabayon

NOTE: I already have client files downloaded to my external.
-Install game through wine by double clicking on your DNDSetup.exe

-Once installed travel to http://www.lotrolinux.com/download.php and download the exe file at the bottom of the page. (This will save you multiple steps and the hassle with qt4 and python)

-Once PYLoTRO is installed open and navigate to the tools menu and switch games to DDO

-Then open tools > Options and find your game directory. (Should be C:/Program Files (x86)/Turbine/DDO Unlimited.

-After that run Tools > Patch

-When patch is complete log into your server and Enjoy.

hi iv recently changed o9ver to sabayon from ubuntu i had ddo installed on ubunto and it ran with almost no problems i hav now installed it on sabayon it installed fine but when i start the game it just goes to a blank screen then says FINISHED...... the game wont actually start any ideas on how to fix?

Sorry man have not been on the threads in a while. The blank screen could be something to do with the patch at the time. Please let me know if you are still trying to work this issue so I can assist you if needed.
