You need to remember the sabayon uses a newer version of portage, will have newer dependencies.

My only goal here is to get your system working using entropy, you can read and learn to mix if you want.
I love gentoo and sabayon, I never mix or need to mix myself.
I think your x issue may be from updating compiz with a older portage version than sabayon uses, now you have mixed deps, is only a guess.
I would log in as root
equo update --force
equo install equo entropy
equo upgrade
equo deptest && equo libtest
with any luck, this might get you working again, if it does not, you may need to re-install compiz.
We can start looking at logs to see where the error is.
