Query Regarding PPPOE

I am using dsl which provides two services on my line
like when i run pppoe -A it gives

Access-Concentrator: worldnet002
Service-Name: worldnet002
Got a cookie: 45 e4 b4 f5 4d ca dd f0 99 0b 21 8c 33 12 31 dd a9 0b 00 00
AC-Ethernet-Address: 00:15:17:c9:f0:5a

and i want to connect both the connection at same time and network manager do not allow two connections at once
and also i need to do one setting in windows which is shown in image http://bit.ly/iZVkY6
but i cannot find any relative option in network manager..

I can confirm this, pppoe doesn't work here, at least from nm-applet.
