Due to the issue of this post I decided to install wine using Portage with theese USE flags

nano /etc/portage/package.use

...

# Wine, more features
app-emulation/wine -win64 custom-cflags fontconfig samba

...

We are not crazy enough to support the "custom-cflags" USE. try with just -win64

Oh and you need app-emulation/emul-linux-x86-soundlibs

Newer version of Wine this time with same problem... Again! :cheese:

app-emulation/emul-linux-x86-soundlibs is now useless! :eye:
