Back in August, iceman600 asked me in a post if I had a blog. I didn't, as I have always been reluctant to spend even more time on the Web, and I was also somewhat concerned about a blog diluting my efforts on the SL site.

Anyway, iceman600 got me thinking, and today I bit the bullet. I was finally persuaded to create the blog by a post I made a couple of days ago in the SL Forums that, whilst potentially useful to others, addresses a topic ('black hole' routers) that is too narrow to be suitable for an article in the SL Wiki. Over the last 3+ years I have made several posts like this in these forums, and I thought perhaps it would be useful to record them, and future ones like them, in a blog. I'll also be commenting occasionally on non-SL topics too. Anyway, you will find my (very spartan) blog at http://fitzcarraldoblog.wordpress.com/ with my first and, as yet, only post.
