What does it means? And how to fix it?

That has something to do with lvm. If you can get to the rescue shell at boot post your results of the following three commands:

lvm pvscan
lvm vgscan
lvm lvmdiskscan

Try this:

rc-update show | grep lvm
rc-update del lvm boot

If you did not let the installer automatically partition and it still boots to a desktop after installation
