I installed the Sabayon AMD64_k 26/09 daily edition, and at a first glance i was very impressed, the elegance plasma theme blends very well with all the Sabayon artwork and Kwin visual effects were working well even when running the liveDVD.
After installation i check more Kwin visual effects, installed and ran cairo dock and setup my printer with no problems, later i found that i had no sound because the system selected the HDMI port as my main audio output so i selected the propper device and got sound but only out of three channels of my 5.1 audio system, i ran alsaconf but there were no changes and i haven't been able to solve this problem.
The sound problem is not so much of a deal to me (i almost didn't notice), and i really didn't found too much to complain. But problems didn't appeared when i was looking for them, they came when i was in a hurry. I needed to print an Excel table that was sent to me by email, i downloaded it opened it with OpenOffice Calc went to the format menu and clicked on "página" (i'm using a Spanish installation) and there i found very limited options, so i can't change the size nor the orientation of the pages. That is a very big deal. By the way in OOO Writer all the options are there .
How can i solve this?
