Emerge ffmpeg with use flags for mp3 support etc [Solved]

I have previously used Gentoo for the past few years, and decided to give Sabayon a try. I really love it, but I need to emerge ffmpeg with some more codecs than what the package manager version supports.

Do I just add my useflags to /etc/make.conf and emerge ffmpeg? I tried looking for some resource on what is a best practice but I cannot seem to find it. Any help would be much appreciated!

Which codecs are missing? We ship most of them.

Encoding with the mp3 audio codec.

add it to /etc/portage/package.use file, make sure you are synced and stuff and than emerge

I wanted to apologize, I realized that -acodec requires you to specifly libmp3lame instead of mp3 as in older versions.
