You have to select another package in the Packages window, then reselect the package you have just installed in order to see a green 'LED' next to the version that has just been installed.
Furthermore, I used Portato 0.12.1 to install penguin-command 1.6.11 and there was no green 'LED' against the package name in the Packages column, whereas there was when I used Portato 0.12.1 to install missile 1.0.1. Then when I exited Portato and launched it again, there was a green 'LED' against the package name in the Packages column.

May I enquire if the above-mentioned functionality still exists in the new version 0.13.1, Necoro?
