An error in ebuild, during upgrading of Firefox with emerge.

I have a recently installed Sabayon 5.1 KDE (1 day ago).

i completely updated /upgraded it to current 5.2 version, using newest entropy, newest Portage, newest themes, newest NVIDIA drivers, newest kernel 33, with complete sucess!

Therefore, the newest version of firefox in portage is r11, corresponding to 3.6.2 Firefox, and entropy version is r10...

i tried to install it by compilation with:

sudo LINGUAS="pt_BR" emerge  -v mozilla-firefox


but the installation failed due an Ebuild error....

this is a defective Ebuild? is there some solution? Thanks

are you sure you emerge --sync

I installed Firefox via Portage using the mozilla-firefox-3.6-r11 ebuild, so I don't think there is anything wrong with the ebuild. Have you migrated your source directory and upgraded Layman? See the thread: Layman storage path changed from version 1.3.0 on.

If you have already migrated to the new Layman source directory and are still getting the error message then regenerate the manifest:
