Hi, first post here! :)

Anyway, I have a question about freeorion, has anyone got it to run in Sabayon? I'm using 5.1 here. I've tried installing it with the setup script in console and no dice. I also have it unpacked in a folder on my desktop, the game loads to the startup screen, but when it is generating a new game it tries to load but then quits abruptly.

Also the sauerbraten in your repo's is an old and broken version (2008 'ctf' edition), the new version out is 2009-05-04 'trooper' edition.

A little about myself, I first started in linux a few years ago, and had bounced around the big distros (ubuntu, debian, fedora, and a little windows still) until a little over a year ago when I found you guys! :P Anyways this distro is great, and I've been using it continously since. Keep up the good work! 8)

Welcome!

For freeorion you will need to submit an entropy package request, and one for the sauerbraten bump also, if your lucky a Entropy maintainer may see this thread.

Please link Gentoo bug 59212 to the freeorion bug.
