xaber wrote:This is my second and last answer to this question, cause I don't want to go off-topic: this is not a secind account. I am from Italy and I've used sabayon for around two months; I am not Dragons Tooth... I am simply a person who has to do day by day with people like you, who want to impose by force their point of view, also in places (like this forum) where their thinking about politics and related arguments is not requested and has nothing to do with what people talnk about in that specifical place!
Dragons Tooth is free to honour who he prefers and if honouring Luftwaffe is out-law, that is nothing of your business and, in the case, German authorities (cause I think Dragon is German) will eventually take care of him and you can always make a denounce agains anonymous for honouring, how you say, "a bunch" of Nazionalsocialists (yes, this is the correct term!)!
But one thing is sure: politics has nothing to do with this forum (or at least with this section!) and you are nothing to tell him what is right and what is wrong! You like free speech right, don't you? So be coherent and mind your own business!
You're totally offtopic!
But if you want to talk about Second World War games with Nationalsocialists, you're welcome!
I won't answer to you again, not to fall offtopic again! And because it's not worth the writing!

And btw: has anyone tried some version of Call of Duty on Sabayon?

People like me? Oh now you presume to know me, or anything about me?
And the way you wrote your first post led me to believe you were DT.

Anyways, I'm not imposing anything on anyone, and most certainly not by force, I've asked him to remove it, not told him to. And why your agression towards me? With what seems to be your favourite line: "Mind your own business"? If you're not even DT, then why don't you mind you own business? It is in fact you that's trying to tell me what to do, and then you simply try to shut me up by saying you won't react anymore?
You stepped into this pit, now you wanna run off again because you know you can't win by arguments alone?
And please don't try to teach me German mate, it's either national socialists in English, or Nazionalsozialisten in German.
Why you would not want to see them as racist murderers, is beyond me.
And I won't turn him in with any authorities, that is what back then the NSB did in my country.

And wtf is "But if you want to talk about Second World War games with Nationalsocialists, you're welcome! " supposed to mean? Are you saying that you are a national socialist yourself, or am I misinterpreting here?

Anyways, glorifying nazis and anything that has to do with it does not fall under the protection of so-called freedom of speech, the number one "argument" used by nazis.
What does fall under said protection, is my right to ask Dragon's Tooth to remove that link from his signature. What also falls under said protection, is my right to state how I feel about national socialism or any other form of racism.

I must say your behaviour is quite typical for nazis: screaming about freedom of speech, telling everyone else to stfu or mind their own business, telling people not to get involved in political discussions or speeches here on your precious LINUX forum, but you fail to stop and think: why would anyone place something political in a signature on a non-political related forum? All that's missing is: "you're a fascist, we are the true anti-fascists".
Heard it all before mate and I'm not impressed.

So, I ask you again: are you a national socialist? Or are you just very rude and ignorant?

I can imagine your upset about the signature and the content it leads to.
But this is not the proper way to complain about it.

As if somebody with such a sig. has any interest in your opinion? The right way is to inform your O.P. (me!) and file a complaint. (I guess you did)

I'll remove it. Case closed.

No idea what I missed, ReemZ this is the english section of the forum, your posts have been removed for non-english. If you want to make a post in the English section, than keep it English. You should know better.

What you've missed? You've missed my 10 months old reaction to a 22 months old post containing a link, directing to nazi-glorification. That link has been removed now so my problem is gone, but perhaps you could read the thread to see what I've had to say?

I know I 'should know better', you know me well enough by now to know I don't break that rule for fun.
If I do so, it means I'm terribly pissed off and I don't get that unless it's for very good reasons.

Next time I spot a nazi, I won't be kind enough to ask the person himself to remove that shite, I'll contact you immediately, personally, I hope I can expect a timely response.

Anyway, /rant.

Yup, I've played COD2 and COD4 via Wine. Zero issues and plays just as good in Linux as it did in Windows. Love these games
