[Suggestion] Update notification for favorite apps

This feature is to make user know, his/her favorite apps are on update list easily.

Maybe the use case like this:
I want to upgrade only if amarok, blender or pidgin got new version.
To know this i have to open sulfur or other just to know if those have new version.

Like Thev00d00 said it could be something like filter or can be other implementation.
So notification will display something like this:
"Your favorite apps got new version" or something better.

still tho, why wouldn't u keep you system up to date and rolling? You get your fav apps updated still.

I guess I am use to portage and limbo, there is updates every day. I don't sit and wait for a favorite app to update and fall behind on 100 other updates, especially if there were security ones. I'm just so use to daily updates.

I'm going to lean towards agreeing with wolfden on this one. I don't think there are that many users who have a set list of applications they are looking to update and to not update all the rest. Furthermore, I think that this option might actually encourage such behavior, which could lead some newbies to only having certain apps updated while the rest of their machine gets further and further behind.

As it is, it's not hard to do a quick 'equo search app-name' to find out if there's an update for an app. Unless there is some good reason for it, I'd see no reason to include it.

Heck, magneto has functionality issues to work out first.
