If you really want to use sabayon5, read the whole equo --help --verbose and do it but as Thev00d00 said, don't come asking for support if anything (or all) breaks.

The branch 5 is totally experimental, unstable and unsuported ....Is for beta testing only!

It's important to know what you are doing or u are gonna break your system, that is why I ask

If I was to do it today, this is how I would do it.

equo hop 5 << jump to branch 5
equo update << get latest package list
equo install entropy equo << get lastest package manager
equo world << this is gonna be a lot of packages
equo conf update << update the config file

Before rebooting, I would check and make sure all configs are set, video, gcc, binutils, grub settings. In theory it should go smooth, but remember you are messing with experiment here. I suspect highly you will have to do some manual things afterwards.

I did an hop 5 and got messy Although everything seemed to work correctly only X and nvidia-drivers with the new kernel got messed up hehe. I just hopped back to 4 and did a full downgrade. Ill wait for the next final release now.
