Song with bad language...

Postby Dulwithe » Mon Sep 14, 2009 2:03

I am going to write the bad language here and hope my post isn't erased.

I booted Sabayon liveCD today so I could show my 3 year old boy some photos and listen to music with him.

As it was booting, the song came on... Ok, so I can't really comment on the musical choice - metal/hard-rock...

But, did the leaders of this distro have to choose a song that says "fucking" in it??

Seriously, please remove this and change the song to something that is more appropriate for all ages.

I know I am a "newbie" here and some people take offense when newbies are direct in their expression, but I feel this is fair.

BTW, the distro rocks! Great work to all whose effort went into it. And thanks!

D.

At least it doesn't play once installed. I installed Sabayon on my parents computer and my father is a minister.

Just as an FYI (not to say you don't have a point), but you can boot the LiveDVDs without any music.

^Check out thenthenio's suggested music track (it's an instrumental): LiveDVD soundtrack suggestion. Cool, laid-back sound, and ideal for the LiveDVD I think.

I like the tune mentioned above.
:D

I'll ask Fabio what he thinks of this. And also bring in the "Fucking" argument.
