I received the same message from:
Wybimugut and Vylejakyv

Is there not a way to stop people from sending this message?

I can't recall if the forum requires you authenticate your e-mail, but thats a first step. Next would be to look at the kitten captcha. That usually requires the spammers manually create accounts to do this.

people shouldnt be able to send pm's until they have at least 5 posts. no bots would be able to do that and a person would really have to spend some time if they wanted to pm a lot of people with different usernames.

I don't think bots can beat the CAPTCHA. It took me 8 tries and a photo editor.

I had to bump the captcha settings as the bots were getting out of control here. I still see a couple get through tho. I know it sucks, but being flooded with spam in no fun either

It's much, much better now, thank goodness. Had to delete a few on Sunday, but nothing compared to what it was before you increased the Captcha setting.
