Question about -march CFLAG

Hey There,

I can't seem to find a list anywhere of what each processor should be listed as to optimize the -match GCC CFlag for my system. I have an Intel Core2 p9700 (2.8ghz) in my system. Anyone what I should use for this CFlag with that processor - and maybe link me to somewhere I can see a list of them?
