I'm not entirely sure, but I think you need to be root.
Try 'kdesu konqueror' to open konqueror with root rights (be sure to quit it when done!).

i tried that already ty
i also renamed it and changed permissions and deleted it all as root but when i go back to it the name is trash and its still there and full of crap
i made a mistake its actually 4 gigs of crap i cant delete
even when i partition disk and format on fresh install it says
69.6 gb free of 73.4 gb 1 file 3 sub folders in dolphin/konq
gparted says 74.53 gb 1.22 used 73.31 free
i think it was created by old ubuntu install which isnt on computer anymore
so i cant use the os that created it to get rid of it

That's odd, usually that works, and I don't think it's OS-dependant, but I'm not sure about this.
What might help, fire up mc (Midnight Commander) as root, try delete it from there...

i think i figured out what it is
i checked properties and only the owner can rename or delete
but why when i format disk does it not erase
i formatted it twice vista and twice on sabayon on fresh install but i used my 320 gig for the root both times
countless times as root with gparted and dolpphin icant get konqueror to delete with kdesu dbus-launch Konqueror
or kdesu konqueror but i dont think that will help anyway
i need some kind of program that doesnnt care about the permissions
i think i'll try to defrag disk and format with differrent program
