The audio is no more [Solved]

So, few days ago the audio worked, I didn't used the pc for few days, and now the audio is no more, I cant hear anything. But a friend can hear me on skype, via webcam microphone...
What am I supposed to do?


EDIT: Used many alsactl commands, the output is always the same:

Hardware is initialized using a guess method


EDIT: After a reboot the audio work perfectly :-\ sorry for bothering.
