How to copy contents of latest .iso to bootable USB key?

I've been trying to figure out how to do this but the only HOW-TO's I've found require Linux. I have both of the latest Sabayon 4.2 Gnome .iso's (32 & 64bit) and I'd like to mount them on my XP machine (without burning them to disc; I have no DVD writer) and copy them to 2GB thumbdrives, so that I have a bootable 'LIVE DVD' thumbdrive. I've been reading for an hour, I've read everything I can find, but I sure haven't found a simple, step-by-step process to accomplish this. Does any one have any suggestions?

You put WAY too much trust in google translate
Someone who doesn't speak any Italian at all, would have to run a full 9 post page through google translate...I don't even want to think about how shitty the results would probably be
