We all know that Gnome 3 is evolving and changing day by day. I had been using rolling updates well into Sabayon 10, and had some nice Gnome 3 shell extensions working. I decided to clean install Sabayon 10, and now the extensions are gone except for the header bar window list, which works very well. Rigo lists extensions 3.4.0-r1 as available, but when I installed them, "Looking Glass" said they are outdated. I also tried installing extensions through the Gnome page at: https://extensions.gnome.org/local/ but it complained, "You do not appear to have an up to date version of GNOME3". So I am certainly missing something, or maybe my timing is just bad right now. Has anyone recently installed Gnome 3 shell extensions? What am I missing?
Thank you for the help,
N.D.
