Notifier: hard disk error

Postby LCJr » Sat Oct 13, 2012 20:27

I keep getting hard disk error notifications and I'd like to know what's setting off the alert. SMART still shows OK and the manufacturer's(Seagate) tools don't show any errors. This HDD is pretty old but I believe still has a few months left on the warranty. Just without an error code from their tools I'm not sure they'll do a RMA.

Anyway full log from smartctl 6.0.
