Got an oddity with sabayon 10 xfce disk

When I boot it (live) I end up at the command and a request to login. Root is unrecognised, User is but naturally I don't know/have 'the' password. disk checks (by md5)
I feel like a noobee, despite my 15years of linux on this one.

Hi,
seems like it cannot launch lxdm. This also occured to me once, but not on a live disk.
I don't remember the password exactly, but I think it was empty (simply press enter when asked to enter a password) or something like sabayonuser or user.
If that logs you in you can start the desktop manually with "startxfce4".
