bluetooth problem in sabayon 10 mate edition x86

laptop details:
hp g62 series
ram:3 gb
harddisk:320 gb
graphics:1gb ati radeon
core i3 380m processor
using sabayon 10 mate edition x86

Installed sabayon yesterday and loving it since then but facing one problem
i can send files over bluetooth but i cannot receive files - i always get this error "Please verify that the "Personal File Sharing" program is correctly installed." when i click on receive files.
I also installed gnome-user-share but still getting same problem.Actually i cannot see "Personal file sharing" options in system>>preferences.Even "sharing options" is not present in right click under caja file manager

after lot of googling i found mate-user-share package but it is not included in sabayon repo.Is this problem related to this package
