Can't install with Rigo

Everytime I try and install something with Rigo I get a message saying "application, not authorised" .
How do I change it so I can install applications?

Sorted it. Restarted my computer and it allowed me to install.

Same thing happened on my download computer, to update system in a terminal type

I think the rigo problem on my system is because I still have sulfur installed, I do not have the rigo problem on any of my other computers which sulfur has been removed from
