Gnome GTK3 window theme not changing

Hi there.

I am a new Sabayon user that migrated from Fedora to try out a rolling release. I am also a big time gnome lover and follow its development closely.

I seem to have an issue with gnome-tweak tool where I can't seem to be able to change the window theme. The GTK+ theme changes without any issues. Has anyone seen this and perhaps any thoughts on what could be wrong? I haven't come across this on Fedora so not sure why this is happening.
