"Extract Here" in zip dialog [Solved]

Hi, *

Just looking for something to make life easier... Before, using other distro's, I've downloaded zip-files, I'd right-click on it, and "extract here" would appear in in the drop-down menu. Not here under Thunar in Xfce. Not quite sure how to find it.

Hello merelyjim,
You probably don't have the package "xfce-extra/thunar-archive-plugin-0.3.0" installed.
You can install that on commandline, using "equo" or graphical with Rigo.
Also, you could install "app-arch/xarchiver-0.5.2-r3", which also will appear in thunar.,
and / or "p7zip"

with Xfce I usually like using file-roller, toghether with the xfce-extra/thunar-archive-plugin package, as suggested by batvink, but it comes down to which archiver utility you like more.
Once you get those installed, it's all set

I should also throw out there that Entropy from the command line is really amazing for a new user. This is going to be fun!
