Open Sulfur, then click on Sulfur - Install from binary package and point to the program location In your case /home/name of user/Desktop/name of file.tbz2

If the path was on my computer it would be /home/joe/Desktop/name-of-file.tbz2

Note when sulfur file chooser appears, select File System - double click home - double click your directory - double click Desktop - select name-of-file.tbz2 - click On the Open button

Hope it helps
