Since entropy (equo/sulfur) and portage (emerge) are different package managers,
you need to let entropy know what you did with portage.
That command will let entropy know it.

Notice that equo may still suggest you to reinstall kadu, even if the version is inferior (entropy
by default tries to limit the use of portage).
