viewtopic.php?f=53&t=15504This post by lxnay will fix your win-key problem (but reboot after doing)
viewtopic.php?f=53&t=15504&start=20#p89299As for assigning keyboard shortcuts if you are using KDE4
Open System Settings and double click on Keyboard and mouse
Click on Standard Keyboard Shortcuts
If using KDE3.5
Open Control Centre - Regional & Accessibility - Keyboard Shortcuts
Instead of assigning shortcuts that may conflict with other system shortcuts, recommend to learn what the default shortcuts (you will see what is what when you have a look at the Keyboard Shortcuts)
Hope this helps
